Mr. Miranda served in the Law Department Government Affairs area for State Farm Insurance, a Fortune 50 company. He led high-profile policy initiatives, including partnering with other stakeholders to pass bills benefiting Arizona consumers. He is versed in advocating and using grassroots and grasstops efforts to educate elected officials and community leaders. Mr. Miranda continues to build productive relationships with key legislative offices and regulatory agencies. As a Faculty Associate Professor at Arizona State University, he taught courses that engaged students in addressing how public policy intersects with unmet community needs in areas such as poverty, health care, education, and the environment.
